End User License Agreement

1. License to use the software

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Hijraah web application for your own immigration planning and applications (including family members named in your application). This license is what lets you use the service; it is not a sale of the software, and we retain all rights not expressly granted.

2. License to use Deliverables

When you buy a Hijraah product, we grant you a perpetual, personal license to use the Deliverables produced for that application. Under this license you may:

• use the Deliverables to prepare and submit your own immigration application (and your named family members');
• share them with a licensed representative, lawyer, or adviser working on your case;
• submit them, or documents based on them, to the relevant government authority;
• keep and print copies for your own records.

You may not resell, publish, sublicense, or distribute Deliverables, use them for anyone else's application, or use them to provide a paid service to others (e.g. as templates for a consulting practice).

3. What you own, what we own, what governments own

• Your inputs are yours. The facts, answers, and documents you provide remain your property.
• Generated content is yours to use. Text generated for you (e.g. a Statement of Purpose draft or cover letter) is licensed to you as a Deliverable under Section 2, and we make no claim over the version you edit and submit as your own.
• The platform is ours. The software, prompts, templates, checklists, knowledge base, guides, design, and brand are our intellectual property or that of our licensors.
• Official forms belong to their governments. Filled government forms (e.g. IRCC or Home Office forms) remain the property of the issuing authority; what we provide is the service of completing them from your case file.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• copy, modify, or create derivative works of the software;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code, models, prompts, or datasets;
• scrape, crawl, or bulk-export content, or access the service by automated means except through interfaces we document and permit;
• share your account, or circumvent usage limits or purchase scoping;
• use the software or Deliverables to build or train a competing product;
• remove or obscure proprietary notices.

6. Updates and availability

Hijraah is actively developed. Features may be added, changed, or removed, and the software is provided as an online service. We do not promise the availability of any particular feature over time. Deliverables already delivered to you remain yours to keep under Section 2. Paid entitlements attached to an application run for 12 months from purchase, as described in the Terms of Service.

7. No warranty; limitation of liability

The software and Deliverables are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Our total liability under this EULA is limited as set out in the Terms of Service: the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 20, and never indirect or consequential damages, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in this EULA excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you materially breach it; we may also terminate the software license by closing your account, and you may terminate by deleting your account. On termination, your license to the software ends. Your Section 2 license to Deliverables you have already received survives termination, unless the termination was for a breach of Section 2 or 4.
