Terms of Service
Last updated: August 27, 2026 · Contact: info@hijraah.com
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Hijraah: the website at www.hijraah.com, its tools, its AI assistant, and the paid products sold under the Hijraah name, including purchases completed through the Whop platform ("Whop"). "Hijraah", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operator of the Hijraah service. By creating an account, using the service, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and End User License Agreement are incorporated into these Terms by reference; for questions about personal data, the Privacy Policy controls.
The English text of this document governs. Support is available in Arabic and English at support@hijraah.com.
1. What Hijraah is, and what it is not
Hijraah is a bilingual (Arabic/English) software platform that helps applicants organize an immigration application into a clear case file: eligibility estimates, document checklists, deadlines, guidance drawn from official government sources, and paperwork preparation for destinations including Canada, Australia, Portugal, the United Kingdom, and Germany.
2. No outcome guarantees
Immigration decisions are made solely by government authorities. Eligibility scores, cutoffs, and processing rules change without notice. Hijraah does not and cannot guarantee that any application will be accepted, that any score is sufficient, or that any information remains current at the moment you rely on it. We cite the official sources we draw from and show a confidence level on answers precisely so you can verify against the primary source. You are responsible for verifying critical facts with the relevant government before acting on them.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Hijraah.
- You agree to provide accurate information, in your account, your profile, and your case file. Our outputs are only as accurate as your inputs.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One account per person. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, tell us immediately.
4. Free tools and paid products
Core eligibility tools (including unlimited CRS / points scores) are free. Paid products are one-time purchases attached to one application (one destination and pathway). Nothing renews automatically and there are no subscriptions. The current ladder:
- Readiness Report (USD 19): a written assessment of one application, reviewed by a person, delivered into your case file.
- Case File Review (USD 49): the exportable case-file dossier, plus unlimited document checks and rejection analysis for that application.
- Form Pack (USD 99): everything in the Case File Review, plus official forms filled from your case file, a walkthrough for each form in Arabic or English, and a gap list of what is still missing.
Each purchase covers its application for 12 months from the purchase date. Applying to a different destination or pathway is a separate application and a separate purchase. Prices are listed in USD; regional (purchasing-power) discounts may be applied automatically at checkout based on your location, and the discounted price shown at checkout is the price charged.
Payment is processed by Whop. Purchases made through Whop are additionally subject to Whop's own terms of service and buyer policies. We never see or store your card details. Refunds are governed by our Return Policy (14-day refund window), which is incorporated into these Terms.
5. Your content, and your feedback
You own the information and documents you submit. You grant us a limited license to store and process them solely to operate the service for you: for example, to extract text from an uploaded document, generate a checklist, or produce your report. We do not sell your data. Our Privacy Policy describes exactly what we collect and which service providers process it.
Feedback is different from your case data: if you send us suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the service, you agree we may use them freely and without restriction or payment to improve Hijraah. Please don't send us feedback you consider confidential.
6. AI-generated output
Parts of the service use large language models to generate answers, drafts, and assessments. AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. We reduce this risk by grounding answers in official sources, attaching citations, and labeling confidence. But the risk is not zero. Review every generated document before you rely on it or submit it to any authority.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for anyone other than yourself and your own family members' applications, or resell access or deliverables;
- submit false information or documents, or use the service to misrepresent facts to any government;
- scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract content, or probe or disrupt the service's security;
- use the service to build a competing product or dataset;
- violate any applicable law.
8. Third-party services and referrals
The service links to and works with services we do not control: official government websites, the Whop checkout, and (where you choose to use them) independent immigration consultants or advisers we list or refer you to. Those third parties are not Hijraah. Your relationship with a consultant, adviser, or any other third party is between you and them, governed by their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their advice, services, or conduct. Listing or referral is not an endorsement or a guarantee of their work. Always verify a representative's license directly with the relevant regulator before engaging them.
9. Intellectual property
The Hijraah software, design, templates, guides, and knowledge base are our intellectual property or that of our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. Official government forms remain the property of their issuing governments. Deliverables you purchase are licensed to you for use in your own application, as described in the End User License Agreement (EULA).
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Hijraah is in active development; we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hijraah is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including a refused application, missed deadline, lost opportunity, or immigration outcome of any kind. Our total liability for all claims arising out of the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 20; multiple claims do not increase this cap. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer where those rights apply.
12. Your responsibility for misuse
If your violation of these Terms or of the law (for example, submitting falsified documents through the service) causes a claim against us by a third party, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and damages we incur because of that claim. This applies to misuse, not to your ordinary use of the service.
13. Termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Paid entitlements active at termination for a violation are not refunded outside the Return Policy window. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do, including Sections 5 (content and feedback licenses), 9 (intellectual property), 10–12, and 16.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
15. Disputes
If you have a problem, email us first (support@hijraah.com) and we will try to resolve it directly. Payment disputes for purchases made through Whop can also be raised through Whop's resolution process, and we respond to disputes there with our delivery records.
16. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and EULA, are the entire agreement between you and Hijraah about the service.
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of the Terms remain in effect.
- No waiver. If we don't enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of the service, in which case your data remains protected as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Electronic communications. You agree to receive notices from us electronically (by email to your account address or by notice on the site) and that these satisfy any requirement for written notice.
- Accessibility. We aim to conform to WCAG 2.2 AA in both English and Arabic. If anything on the site is difficult for you to access, tell us at support@hijraah.com and we will work to fix it.
